Wish it, Dream it or Do it!
Looking at the Instagram posts of your favorite celebrity and wondering how they are so fit and energetic at an age when most of us would not be able to climb even one flight of stairs! Do their workout videos and toned abs make you sweat? Imagining yourself practicing on those types of equipment and thinking if you had that kind of money, probably your routine would also be completely different, and your fitness would challenge theirs? Well, a few whims and fantasies might not be attainable, but maintaining an active lifestyle does not require heaps of money and loads of hours each day. All it takes is to stay disciplined and achieve those little day-to-day objectives.
I have tried to maintain a lifestyle that can encourage you or anyone to go ahead and follow your passion, rather than sitting at home and regretting it! Start with smaller goals and set easier targets. Push yourself beyond one limit at a time until you are Limitless!
Everest summit is a dream, far from reality, one that could easily be shrugged off by thinking it’s impossible. But I converted it to I M Possible, and if I can, you can too! The power lies in your belief, passion, and your will to drive it forward. Although I have achieved only half of my dream by reaching the base of Mount Everest, that is how I believe we can challenge our own barriers. Taking baby steps towards the ultimate goal. Everest, here I come, keep rising higher each day as you are, and one day I will be on top of you and top of the world too!
